Eligibility to purchase

In order to make purchases on the Site you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent, and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.

Only persons of legal age, 18 years or older, who are not under guardianship, and are not acting in capacity as a company, with a physical address in one of the locations that Them Local provides deliveries to can place an order.

By making an offer to purchase merchandise you expressly authorize us to perform credit checks and where Them Local feels necessary, to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties, including but not limited to your credit/debit card number, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit/debit card, to obtain an initial credit/debit card authorization and to authorize individual purchase transactions.

Furthermore, you agree that we may use Personal Information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks. Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.

By completing the check-out process and placing an order, you are offering to purchase products in agreement with these Terms & Conditions and are entering a contract with us. The contract is terminated upon delivery of the products you ordered.

By placing an order, you are promising that all details you provide are true and accurate, that you are of majority, that you are an authorized user of the payment methods used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds in the account to cover the cost of your order.

Our check-out process allows you to review your details before completing the purchase. Please check your order carefully and make any necessary corrections, as you are responsible for providing us accurate information.

After making an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your orders. This email is only an acknowledgement for information purposes. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the TOS.

 If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for such order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary we will notify you and ask you to contact Them Local, LLC. Customer Service who will settle the refund.

Product Information and Availability

We attempt for an accurate description of the products displayed on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that the information made available is always accurate, complete or current. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including composition and colors. The color you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors.

Merchandise availability on our Site is not guaranteed as it may be low in stock. If merchandise is not available by the time your order processes, we will notify you of this via email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your items have shipped.

Prices, delivery charges and promo codes

Them Local, LLC charges the appropriate state and local sales tax only in the states of Virginia and District of Columbia. The sales tax displayed at check-out is estimated and the final applicable tax will be calculated when your order is shipped. Customers from the remaining states, Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington and Wisconsin, and Canada are independently responsible for paying use taxes.

We reserve the right to change the prices of products and shipping costs at any time, without affecting, however, the orders which have already been completed.

Promotional codes are codes that offer you discounts, discounts on certain products, in your entire order, or may represent the offer of shipping costs. These only apply to our website and are subject to the codes’ conditions of usage. In order to take advantage of promotional codes, you must make sure that you enter the code in the appropriate space when checking out. If you do not apply the promotional code at that time, you will not be able to use the promotional code in that purchase, without prejudice to being able to use it in a subsequent order, subject of course to the conditions of use of each promotional code.

Payment

All transactions are encrypted for your safety, for more information about card purchases please read our Privacy Policy. If the card transaction is approved, the amount will be reserved immediately, and you will receive an order confirmation to your email. If the credit card transaction is not approved, your order will be cancelled. Please contact your bank or card provider if you have any questions about this.

The currency used is US dollar ($) for orders shipped to the United States. Please note that we only ship to the United States and Canada.

For card purchases we work with an authorized payment agent that helps us to check directly with your bank that the card is valid for purchases. Our payment agent processes your card details in the correct way according to the international security standard PCI DSS, which was developed by the card companies VISA, MasterCard, Diners, American Express and JCB. This means that your card details are processed with a very high level of security. To make card purchases with us as secure as possible all information is sent in encrypted form using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). Delivery

We deliver to all states in the United States of America, but we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or U.S. Territories. Delivery times appearing on the site are estimates and are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Although we attempt to ensure that your order is delivered by the estimated date, there may be circumstances where delivery is delayed because of events beyond our reasonable control. We reserve the right not to take responsibility for any delays or faulty occurrences with our carriers.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for items that have been unused and in original sellable condition, including original packaging. Returns and exchanges may be made within 30 days of receipt of an order. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for more details.

Gift Cards

Digital Gift Cards may be purchased at the website according to preset amounts. When you purchase, you can send it to your own email account which is created on the check out, or to another recipient with a customizable message. The email will display a document containing a unique gift code with your message. Gift cards are unique digital codes, and we do not sell physical gift cards. A gift card can only be used once and is only redeemed by applying the digital code on checkout.

Campaigns and Sale prices

We reserve the right to carry out sales, campaigns, promotions and offer discounts on certain products, gifted items or free shipping. In case of price reductions, we will not refund the difference for any item purchased before any sale or campaign.
