How will my order be delivered, and how long does it take?
We offer Priority delivery (1-3 business days) or Standard delivery (1-7 business days).
How do I track the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to let you know. This will include a tracking link for your parcel, so you can follow its progress from us to you.
Can I make any changes to my order now it has been placed?
Once your order has been placed, it is not possible to amend or add any items in the order or change the recipient details or delivery address. However, it may be possible to cancel the order, if you contact here within 45 minutes of making the purchase.
What payment options do you offer?

What kind of products do you sell?
We sell products from independent labels around the world. A multi-selection of unisex clothing, accessories, designed objects and lifestyle products that are timeless and unique.
Can I sell my products or collaborate with you?
Supporting small and unique projects is what we most seek. Considering our concept, please feel free to share your label and ideas to our contact form for a possible future collaboration. Note that we can take a few days to reply.
How do I know what size to order?
All of our products have sizing descriptions, except for specific accessories that are not applicable. You can find detailed measurements on the product’s “description” and product’s “additional information”. How do I make a return?
If something goes wrong, you can return your parcel to us free of charge. Once your return has been received and processed, you’ll be sent a confirmation email to let you know. Check our returns and exchanges policies here.
