U.S. Standard Delivery:
Takes 3-7 business days.
Rates vary from 5-10 dollars, depending on weight and size of package. Free on orders over $100, apply THEM100 at checkout.
U.S. Priority Delivery:
Takes 1-3 business days.
Rates vary from 10-25 dollars, depending on weight and size of package.
Canada Standard Delivery:
Takes 7-15 business days.
Rates vary from 10-25 dollars, depending on weight and size of package. DDU: The customer must take full liability for customs and import charges (if applicable).
Note: As soon as we start packing your order, we will send you a shipment notification email with the delivery information and link to track your order online.

If the card transaction is approved, the amount will be reserved immediately, and you will receive an order confirmation to your email. If the credit card transaction is not approved, your order will be cancelled. Please contact your bank or card provider if you have any questions about this.
The currency used is US dollar ($). Please note that we only ship in the United States and Canada.
Sales Tax
Them Local, LLC charges the appropriate state and local sales tax only in the states of Virginia and District of Columbia. The sales tax are estimated and calculated at check-out. Customers from the remaining U.S. states (Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington and Wisconsin) and Canada are independently responsible for paying use taxes.
Security
For card purchases we work with an authorized payment agent that helps us to check directly with your bank that the card is valid for purchases. Our payment agent processes your card details in the correct way according to the international security standard PCI DSS, which was developed by the card companies VISA, MasterCard, Diners, American Express and JCB. This means that your card details are processed with a very high level of security. To make card purchases with us as secure as possible all information is sent in encrypted form using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). Gift Cards
Our five different Gift Cards (a.k.a Gift Tickets) amounts, 50, 100, 150, 250 and 500 dollars are available here. These are a one-time use only but never expires.
After making your purchase, you have the option to send the document to your personal email account (which is created during checkout) or to another recipient with a customized message. The email will contain a unique gift code along with your personalized message.
Note: Gift cards are sold as unique digital codes. We do not ship physical gift cards. More information on the product description here.
